Turn the potentiometer TEMPO to "0" and press the button
the potentiometer TEMPO to the desired feed power.
If the red LED with the marking LOAD shines, the motor is already overloaded. Release the feed power until the red
light goes out. If you have achieved the desired position in longitudinal direction, turn the potentiometer TEMPO on
"0".
Now put the dip feed again and repeat these steps like described above.
Take care that the saw blade is not too long in idle running because otherwise the diamonds may "polish" and the
cutting achievement may diminish. Because of the same reason always work with sufficient contact pressure (feed
power).
If the feed speed is under approx. 0,5m/min you should diminish the infeed.

Mechanic
The sawing support has too much clearance
on the guide way
The adjusting levers move hard.
The saw blade cuts badly.
The saw motor is turning but the blade doesn't
move.
The saw blade jams.
The saw blade jams, the saw switches off.
Water runs out of the overflow-hole of the
case top [19] or the Diversion Disk [26].

Electric
The saw motor cannot be started.
The saw switches off completely.

ATTENTION: Always remove the mains plug from the supply socket before starting maintenance or repair!
Clean the machine once the sawing work has been completed.
You can sprinkle the support carefully with a soft jet of water.
Never use a high pressure cleaner or even a steam cleaner.
The control system box may only be cleaned with a dry or moist cloth.
Damaged cords and plugs have to be repaired or exchanged exclusively in an authorized repair station
elektrowerkzeuge.de).
If water runs out of the overflow-hole on the case top [19] or the disc [26] or on a different place except the spindle,
stop the machine immediately and let it be repaired in an expert workshop.
The same is valid for the leak of gear oil.
If the sawing support on the guide-way has too much clearance, it is to correct as follows:
Loosen hexagon nut [27], twist eccentric bushing [28] until the clearance is corrected. Then refasten the hexagon nut
[27].
Let the water completely flow out of the system especially in the cold seasons - Danger of frost!

Correct the clearance by loosening the hexagon nut [27] and turning
the eccentric bushing [28]. s.5.
Oil the gap near the eccentric axis and the set collars.
Has the cutting direction of the blade, resp. the segments been
changed?
The adjusting depth is too high.
The segments have lost their cutting output.
You can try to "open" the segments with a SiC-grindstone.
The overload coupling is worn out and has to be renewed.
The guide-ways have clearance. s.5.
The adjusting brackets aren't assembled tightly.
The guide-way is twisted.
See also 4.2. Loosen the saw blade by pressing the TEST key and
thereby only moving the feed motors. Take care on the correct
proceeding direction.
The sealing rings of the water supply are worn out. Stop the operation
immediately if more than one drop of water/min comes out.
Undervoltage or phase failure – the green LED blinks
No connection to the converter – all LEDs are blinking
Damaged electronic.
The saw motor has been overloaded.
