The control is wireless, the signals to the inverter will be transmitted via Bluetooth. Before using the inverter, please
charge the rechargeable battery with the enclosed power supply. Open the hood for the connector in the handle of
the controlling box. Switch on the Emergency stop button on the side of the control system box. During the charging
process the red LED AKKU is shining and switches off when the battery is full. Should during the operation the battery
be discharged, it is possible to operate the saw with the power supply (at the same time the battery is charged).
Please switch off the Emergency Stop after working to avoid discharging of the battery.
For a fully charged battery the operation time can be about 40 hours.

Only use the included mains adaptor.
The operation distance between control unit and inverter amounts to minimum 10 metres.
When the transmission is disturbed, the inverter switches off and the electronic tries to re-establish the connection.
During this process all the LED are blinking in 1 second intervals. When the converter is not connected to the mains
supply all LEDs are blinking as well.
5.4.1 Pairing of hand control and converter
In case the communication of the control and the converter is interrupted, e.g. when it is required to replace the hand
control or the converter, the communication interface of both devices have to be reprogrammed by pairing.
5.5 Cutting - Sawing
The saw arm should be located in the start position at the top. Please regard that the saw arm is also in the top
position when you finish your work, only then the saw fits perfectly into the trolley.
Switch on the mains switch on the converter box and wait for approx. 30 seconds until the system software releases
the control.
Move the saw with the buttons
Open the water valve as far as minimum 1l water is flowing.
Press the button START to start the sawing motor.
Choose with the buttons ↺ or ↻ the desired direction of rotation for the swivelling arm and dip into the cutting material
by turning the potentiometer TEMPO carefully.
The infeed for the different cutting steps should be adapted to the cutting material
Without experience it should be about 30 mm for the first cut and then not more then 100 mm.

The button START switches the saw motor on. If START is
again pressed shortly once, the saw motor turn one step
(100 1/min) higher, pressing it longer, the saw motor turn one
step back. Therefore, the speed can be increased or
decreased three times each.
The button STOP switches the saw motor and the feed off,
thereby the saw motor is driven down controlled.
With the potentiometer TEMPO the speed of the longitudinal
feed is adjusted.
With the button EMERGENCY STOP at the front side of the
control box, the complete machine is switched off
immediately.

The illuminated displays PHASE, LOAD and AKKU have
following meaning:
mains voltage is existing
a phase is missing or the voltage is < 360V (operation on an
inefficient generator, extension cord too long or tool small cross
section)
short circuit in the power module of frequency converter, motor cord
or motor
The temperature in the power module of the frequency converter is
too high
Overload, the current of the saw motor is too high
The saw motor has been switched off, as it has been overloaded
over 80%
