Troubleshooting Tips
Possible cause
The plug of the mains adapter is not
completely inserted into the socket or
the connection to the charging cradle
is interrupted.
Power socket defective.
Green LED indicator or charger /
mains adapter is defective.
Battery is not correctly inserted.
Battery contacts soiled, oily or
corroded.
Battery deep-discharged or defective.
Fan motor defective.
Cleaning the filter pad
Attention!
Do never clean the housing opening by

means of pressurized air otherwise dirt may
get in the engine compartment and damage
the engine.

Unscrew the cap with filter pad [1] and remove
for cleaning.
▸
Clean filter pad using the pressurized air.
Cleaning the ejection channel and the
magazine
▸
Clean the ejection channel and the workpiece
contact regularly.
▸
Clean the guide rail in the magazine regularly.
▸
Lubricate moving parts lightly and wipe off
excess oil.
Remedy
Plug in mains adapter correctly; connect it
correctly to the charging cradle.
Have the power socket checked by a qualified
technician.
Have the charger / mains adapter checked by
a Würth-authorised customer service provider.
Remove battery and insert it again until it clicks
into place.
Clean battery contacts.
Charge battery or remove (see "Battery and
charger" section).
Have the device checked by a Würth-autho-
rised customer service provider.
