OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
SWITCHMATIC 2T SERIES CONTROLLER
6. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION (diagram A)
The SWITCHMATIC 2T equipment must be threaded to a 1/4"G male sleeve at the
pump outlet. Before connecting the SWITCHMATIC 2T, verify that the hydraulic
installation is correctly mounted, especially that the hydropneumatic tank is
pressurized.
7. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (diagram B)
Before carrying out any manipulation inside the device, it must be disconnected
from the electrical network. Incorrect connections can damage the electronic
circuit.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by poor connections. Verify that
the power supply is between ~230-400V. For the electrical installation it is essential to use
a highly sensitive differential switch: I = Δn 30 mA (class A or AC). It is essential to use
a circuit breaker adjusted to the motor consumption. If you have purchased the wireless
version, follow the instructions in diagram B:
• Use H07RN-F 4G1 or 4G1.5 cables depending on the installed power.
• Connect U, V, W and to the motor.
• Connect L1, L2, L3 and to the network.
• The ground conductor must be longer than the others. It will be the
first to be connected during the connection process and the last to
disconnect during disconnection. Ground conductor connections are mandatory!
8. USER INTERFACE (diagram D)
The following table summarizes the meaning and operation of the different elements.
ments of the user interface where:
• O means led on.
• ( ( O ) ) means slow flashing.
• (((O))) means fast flashing.
