a- The consumer's complaints or requests related to the appliance,
b- The type, brand and model of the appliance,
c-In case the malfunction of the appliances, which are under the warranty, cannot be solved
within ten business days,

D- The notification date of the malfunction.
The service stations must perfect the service slip, which contains the following information
in relation to the appliances delivered to the consumers and give the slip to the consumer:
The title, address, telephone, fax and other communication details of the service station,
a- The delivery date of the appliance to the consumer,
The information related to malfunction of the appliance and performed transactions,
ç- If it is not under the warranty, its price,
d- The signature of the service station officer,
e- The name, surname, address, telephone and signature of the consumer, except the
products that have been received by cargo.
THE POINTS TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION BY THE CUSTOMER
This warranty certificate does not cover the elimination of the malfunctions of the product
that would arise in the abnormal conditions and is also invalid for the following cases:
1- The damages and malfunctions that occur during the misuse,
2-The damages and malfunctions that occur during loading, unloading and transporting
operations after the delivery of the appliance to the consumer,
3-The malfunctions or damages that would occur due to the low voltage or overvoltage,
defective electrical wiring, using the appliance at a voltage different than the voltage value
written on the product label,
4- The malfunctions or damages that would occur due to the fire and lightning,
5-Malfunctions arising from the use of the product contrary to the points in the user manual,
6-Glass breaking.
The above mentioned malfunctions are solved in return for a fee.
The costs related to the installation of the product at its place of use and its shipment there
are not included to the product price. The dealer, sales agent or representatives, from
which the consumer has bought the appliance, are responsible for perfecting the warranty
certificate and giving it to the consumer. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery
of the appliance and is 2 (two) years at minimum. The warranty certificates should contain
the date, number, stamp and serial number of the invoice related to the sold appliance. This
warranty shall be invalid in case that the warranty certificate is damaged, original serial
number on the product is removed or destroyed.
TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CONSUMERS!
In order to provide that the product you have bought is covered by warranty for two years,
make sure that the blank spaces on the warranty certificate are filled in completely by the
vendor.
The products, whose warranty certificates are not arranged by the vendor, shall not be
covered by the warranty.
