OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATING MODES
Press the mode button repeatedly to choose the
desired mode. The adjacent indicator light will
illuminate to show which mode has been selected.
• Cool Mode
Choose cool mode to set the cooling function.
Use the temperature control buttons to choose the
desired temperature. When cool mode is selected,
the fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the fan
button.
• Dry Mode
Choose dry mode to remove excess moisture
from the air during periods of high humidity. All
water pulled from the air will condense inside the
appliance and drain out the back. The fan speed
will be automatically set and cannot be modified in
dry mode.
• Fan Mode
Choose fan mode to run the internal fan without
engaging the cooling function. Press the fan button
repeatedly to choose the fan speed.
• Auto Mode
Auto mode is a pre-set factory program that
automatically defines the mode and fan speed
based on the set temperature, the ambient
temperature and the ambient humidity.
In Auto mode the fan speed is a default setting that
con not be changed.
• FlashCool
FlashCool provides maximum cooling and sets the
fan to the highest speed.
Note:
The FlashCool function can be cancelled by
changing the mode or fan speed. The appliance
will then return to setting operation.
• Wireless connection
Press and hold the wireless button on the control
panel for 3 seconds to activate wireless/AP mode.
"AP" will show on the display when the appliance is
in wireless connection mode. Alternately, you can
activate the wireless feature from the remote control.
Press and hold the wireless button and the
temperature decrease button for 3 seconds to turn
off wireless connection mode.

• Temperature Display
The temperature range for this appliance is
approximately 16 ~ 30°C (60 ~ 86°F). Press and
hold the temperature control buttons at the same
time to change the temperature display between °C
and °F.
DISPLAY
The display shows the set temperature in °C or °F
and the Auto-timer settings. While on Fan only
mode, the display will show the room temperature.
Note:
The Cool circuit has an automatic 3 minute time
delay start if the appliance is turned off and on
quickly. This prevents overheating of the compressor
and possible circuit breaker gripping. The fan will
continue to run during this time.
