OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
AIR DIRECTION
The louvers will allow you to direct the air flow Up
or Down and from Left or Right through the room as
needed.
1. Pivot the louver section Up/Down until the
desired direction is obtained.
2. Move the lever(s) from side to side until the
desired Left/Right direction is obtained.
Fresh Air Vent Control
The Fresh Air Vent allows the air conditioner to
1. Recirculate inside air - Vent Closed
2. Draw fresh air into the room - Vent Open
3. Exchange air from the room and draws fresh air
into the room - Vent and Exhaust Open
Note:
The images are displayed on the control panel
above the modes. This feature is operated
manually.
REMOTE CONTROL
1. Display Panel: Displays the set temperature and the timer
settings. To change the temperature scale being displayed,
press the °C/°F button.
2. Power Button: Used to turn the appliance on or off.
3. Mode Button: Used to choose the operating mode.
4. Energy Saver Button: Used to activate Energy saving
mode. Press again to stop the function.
5. Up Arrow: Used to adjust the set temperature in 1°
increments and the timer function in 30 minute increments
up to 10 hours and then in 1 hour increments up to 24
hours.
6. Down Arrow: Used to adjust the set temperature in 1°
increments and the timer function in 30 minute increments
up to 10 hours and then in 1 hour increments up to 24
hours.
7. Set: Used to scroll through operation functions. The symbol
will flash in the display, press

: Used to confirm selected function.
9. FlashCool: Enables unit to reach preset temperature
in shortest possible time. Can only be activated by the
remote control when in Cool mode.
10. Fan Speed: Used to set speed of the fan. Four speeds
available - AUTO, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH. Press and hold
the fan speed button for 3 seconds to activate "Silence"
mode.
11. Timer On Button: Used to set the auto on timer.
12. Timer Off Button: Used to set the auto off timer.
13. LED Button: Used to turn the appliance LED display and
air conditioner buzzer on and off.
14. Sleep button: Used to save energy during sleeping hours.
15. °C/°F button: Use to change the temperature scale.
