7.4 DAILY INSPECTION
Procedure
MULTIFUNCTION FLOODLIGHT TOWER
The LED lamp has an average life of 50000 running hours. The LED should be replaced
only if it does not get energized after service from a certified technician.
NOTICE: Lamps will last longer if used carefully.
1.
Remove the screws to remove the side plates.
2.
Undo the screws on ends of the module.
3.
Disconnect the cable. Replace the module.
4.
Connect the cable and tighten up the connectors. Fixate the new module with
screws tightened up. Assemble the side plates with the screws.
Perform the procedure below to inspect the machine.
1.
Inspect condition of electrical cords. Do not use Light Tower if insulation is cut or
worn through.
2.
Check that winch cables are in good condition. Do not use a cable that is kinked
or starting to unravel.
