DESCRIPTION - PRODUCT OPERATION
The gun can be used to weld in normal or manual mode:
• In Normal mode, the gun will be limited to sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. The gun can be used with the following tools:
single-point, star, impact, shrink-fit heater, stud, rivet, nut, knurl.
• In Manual mode, the maximum current allowed will be 8 kA for a period not exceeding 500 ms.
USE
Machine running, connect the gun control cable to the jack on
the handle of the gun.
Fit the gun manifold.
Note: It is recommended to use a G1 arm to obtain the best performance from the Quick Fix single-point gun.

QUICK FIX SINGLE-POINT GUN KIT
A message appears on the screen asking you to press the gun
trigger.
Press the trigger until the gun locks.
• Check that the screw connecting the pad to the cable lug
is tight.
• Firmly attach the earth pad as close as possible to the
area to be welded.
• In the case of single-spot gun welding, always place
the earth pad on the sheet that is not in contact with the
welding electrode (so that the current passes through both
sheets to be welded).
• Weld starting from the point furthest away from the earth,
then move towards it.
