INTEGRATED LIGHT MOUNT
Some AWL and AWL Sport forks have an integrated light mount in the front of the crown. Use a non-
marring tool to carefully pry the plastic cover away from the crown to expose the threaded holes for
mounting lights.
Please follow your light manufacturer's installation instructions for proper light installation and adjustment.
Light mounting bolts must have 0.22-0.30 in (5.5-7.5 mm) of thread engagement.
Torque bolts to manufacturer's specifications. Bolt torque must not exceed 45 in-lb (5.1 N•m).
FULL FENDER MOUNT
Some AWL and AWL Sport forks have integrated fender mounts on the back of the fork. Use a non-marring
tool to carefully pry the plastic covers away from the mounts on the crown and fork legs to expose the
threaded holes for mounting a full fender.
Please follow your fender manufacturer's installation instructions for proper fender installation and
adjustment.
The M6 fender mounting bolt on the fork
brace must have 0.30-0.35 in (8-9 mm) of
thread engagement. Torque bolt to
manufacturer's specifications. Bolt torque
must not exceed 80 in-lb (9.0 N•m). Remove
the air pressure from the fork and test for
clearance at bottom out. Verify there is at
least 6 mm of clearance between the fender
and the tire.
The two M5 fender mounting bolts on the fork
legs must have 0.35-0.43 in (9-11 mm) of
thread engagement. Torque bolts to
manufacturer's specifications. Bolt torque
must not exceed 45 in-lb (5.1 N•m).
