• Use all parts of the blowing/suction pipe so that the
airflow can work close to the ground.
• Lightly moisten surfaces that are very dry or use a
spray to reduce the levels of dust.
• Do not work with a damaged, incomplete or modi-
fied product without the consent of the manufactur-
er. Before use, check the safety status of the prod-
uct, especially the mains connection cable and the
switch.
• Only use the product if it is fully assembled.
• Only use the product in leaf vacuum mode when the
collection bag is attached. Check the collection bag
regularly for wear or damage.
• Never operate the product with faulty guards or cov-
ers, or without guards.
• Note that the operator or user is responsible for ac-
cidents or hazards to other people or their property.
• Avoid wearing loose-fitting clothing or clothing with
hanging strings or ties.
• Operate the machine in a recommended position
and only on a firm, level surface.
• Do not use the machine on a paved surface or grav-
el surface where ejected material could cause inju-
ries.
• Always carry out a visual inspection before use to
check that the shredder, the bolts of the shredder
and other fasteners are secured, that the housing is
undamaged and that the guards and shields are in
place. Replace worn or damaged components in
sets to maintain balance. Replace damaged or illeg-
ible labelling.

Carrying the product with your finger on the switch
invites accidents.
• Do not aim the product at persons during operation,

• Avoid operating the machine in bad weather condi-
tions, especially when there is a risk of lightning.
Only work in daylight or with good, artificial lighting.
• Do not vacuum any combustible, smouldering or
smoking materials (e.g. cigarettes, embers, etc.),
vapours or easily ignitable, toxic or explosive sub-
stances.
• Stop the machine and remove the battery from the
product. Ensure that all moving parts have come to
a complete stop:
– when the product is not in use, is being trans-
ported or is unattended;
– before clearing a blockage or blocked ducts,
– before checking, cleaning or other work on the
machine.
– after contact with foreign objects or in the event
of abnormal vibrations.
• Do not use the product in enclosed or poorly venti-

• Keep your face and body away from the feed open-
ing.
• Do not allow hands, other body parts or clothing to

feeding material, never stand on a higher level than
the level of the base of the machine.
• Do not stay in the ejection area when operating the
machine.
• Be very careful when feeding material into the ma-
chine. Do not vacuum any metal pieces, stones,
bottles, cans or other foreign objects.
• Do not allow processed material to accumulate in
the ejection zone as this may prevent proper ejec-
tion and cause reintroduction of the material via the
feed opening.
• Switch off the power source and disconnect the ma-
chine from the mains or remove the batteries if the
machine becomes clogged before cleaning it of de-
bris.
• Never operate the machine with defective guards or
