SELECTION, USE, STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

welding helmets offer reliable protection for eyes and face during welding related activities. Surewerx offers a range of fixed and variable

filters (ADF) filters that are suitable to be incorporated to this welding shield for various welding applications. Please follow the table below as a guidance
for filter selection of the most appropriate filter for your specific application. Jackson Safety
system offer additional protection against solid and airborne particles as per certified TH2P R SL classification. Surewerx offers multiple eye filters for the
wearer to select the most appropriate filter shade or range of shades.

head tops are ready to use units, simply adjust the head gear in the three ways indicated in drawing 1 to obtain the most comfortable

configuration.
Clean only with mild soap and water. Dry with a clean cotton cloth. The use of solvents is strictly prohibited, as they will damage the components. If
disinfection is needed, contact Surewerx for advice. Face seal of the head top that works in conjunction with the AIRMAX

storage and maintenance. Frequent inspections and replacement in case of damage are recommended.
Explanation to the marks that accompany the CE mark:
JS and/or SM: Identification of the manufacturer: Jackson Safety and/or Surewerx Manufacturing
S: Increased robustness
F: Mechanical strength against low energy impact at 45 m/s
B: Mechanical strength against medium energy impact at 120 m/s
1: Optical class 1 for continuous use
P SL: The letters P and SL indicate protection against solid and liquid airborne particles
R: The letter R indicates that the particulate filter is reusable at the end of shift
