Description
The spiral kneader is a machine meant for professional use by bread bakers and piz-
zerias.
The different versions of the machine (7-12-18-25-38-50 Kg. of kneaded product) cater
for a vast range of production needs, allowing various types of dough to be obtained
(suitable above all for soft dough for pizza and bread).
The machine structure has a scratch-proof painted finish which makes for it easy to
clean.
There are 4 kneader models:
– SR: liftable head and removable bowl
– SL: liftable head and fixed bowl
– SB: fixed head and fixed bowl
– LN: light model
The bowl is removable to allow it to be washed in hot running water or a dishawater.
The equipment is for professional use and is to be installed in commercial settings
(bars, pizzerias, restaurants, etc.). No special training is required, but knowledge and
skills specific to the hospitality sector are necessary.

The equipment is made from selected construction materials suitable for guarante-
eing maximum hygiene, oxidation resistance, considerable energy saving and safe
operation.
All food contact parts are made from suitable materials.
