Description of controls (mod. 15-20-30-40/LN)
– Set the desired processing time using the mechanical timer (D) (if present)
– Turn the speed selector switch (C) to position 1 (if present)
– Start the machine by pressing the start button "I" (A)
– When the dough has become fairly compact (after about 7-8 minutes), stop the ma-
chine by pressing the stop button "O" (B) and turn the speed selector switch (C) to
position 2 (if present)
– Restart the machine by pressing the start button "I" (A), until the required consisten-
cy is achieved
– At the end of the processing, stop the machine by pressing the stop button "O" (B) or
wait for the set time to expire (if a mechanical timer is present)
– Lift the lid to empty it of the processed product
– After any operation cycle has been completed, wash the pan and spiral by hot water
and soap
– Wipe inner face of the lid with a damp sponge
