5.2. IOT
The machine features IOT which is capable of providing real data
about your cutting machine.
Access machine configuration, statistics and errors via Apple
Store or Google Play.
You can also access by scanning the QR code.
5.3. FRUITS
Pineapples that are to be processed in the machine must be vis-
ually inspected before they are inserted, and any labels or foreign
bodies must be removed.
5.4. GLOVES
The safety gloves supplied with the machine must be worn before
starting to clean the machine.
These gloves have a useful life of 2 years, and they should be
replaced once this period has elapsed. Furthermore, if you notice
any deterioration of the gloves, you should replace them.
New gloves must be highly resistant to cutting, in accordance with
the standard ISO 13997.
5.5. CLEANING
The cutting and processing zone should be cleaned every day.
Cleaning products containing chlorine must not be used.
Follow the cleaning instructions described by Zummo exactly.

Cleaning of all loose parts.
Machine front and cover.
Disinfect after cleaning.
Visual inspection.
DISASSEMBLING THE MACHINE
Follow these instructions to properly disassemble the parts:

When the machine is stopped, switch off the power switch (Fig.
19).

Unplug the machine from the socket and then open the door.
·
Turn the latches to the right (Fig. 1).
·
Put the safety gloves on. See chapter 5.4. GLOVES.
