USE OF THE APPLIANCE

5.1 Preparation for use of the coffee grinder-doser and of the coffee grinder

Once installation is complete, the appliance is ready for use and can be filled with coffee
beans to be ground.
With reference to Fig. 11, regardless of the type of appliance in your possession, to load
the coffee beans it is necessary:
• Fit the hopper (Item 1) on the grinding chamber (Item 2) and lock it in the working
position by tightening the relative fixing screw (Item 3).
• Make sure that the shutter (Item 4) is completely closed.
• Remove the lid (Item 5) and fill the hopper with the roasted coffee beans to be
ground.
• Close the hopper with the relative lid (Item 5).
• Gradually open the shutter (Item 4) to allow the flow of coffee beans into the grind-
ing chamber.
• At this point the appliance is loaded and ready to be started.
