Coffee grinder-dosers / Coffee grinders for grocery stores
5.5 Dose extraction (only on coffee grinder-dosers)
To extract a dose of ground coffee from
the dispenser, proceed as follows:
• Position the filter holder cup of the cof-
fee machine (Item 1) on the appliance
support fork (Item 2).
• Grip the dispenser lever (Item 3) and
pull it to the end of its stroke (Item 4) to
allow the ground coffee dose to be dis-
charged from the dispenser to the filter
holder cup.
• Once the extraction has been complet-
ed, release the lever without accompa-
nying it in the return stroke.
• To extract a double dose of ground cof-
fee, pull the dispenser lever twice with-
out removing the filter holder cup from
the fork.
WARNING: The dispenser lever must al-
ways be operated as far as it will go. Nev-
er pull it partially.
5.6 Dose pressing (only on coffee grinder-dosers)
To press the dose of coffee just extracted,
simply push the filter holder cup (Item 1)
against the press (Item 2).
Note: If the appliance is equipped with
a spring press (Item 3 - Optional), posi-
tion the filter holder cup on the fork at the
pressing disc and then press the knob
downwards.
