Tip:
the avocado makes the smoothie creamy. If you want something even smoother,
you can add sour milk, cream, yoghurt or - as an alternative to whey - soya, rice
or almond milk. Green smoothies can also be enriched by adding dried fruits like
dates or goji berries, nuts, chia seeds or flax seed to the blender.
Fresh sauerkraut and carrots are also tasty additions, with a splash of pumpkin
seed or nut oil.
Ice
You can use the Ice button for crushing frozen foods. This is particularly suited to
preparing ice cream, sorbets and frozen smoothies. Switch on the appliance using
the On/Off button (Pos. I). Now press the Ice button, and the blender will start an
automatic programme with different speeds.
The programme ends automatically after approx. 1 minute. You can stop the
programme at any time by pressing the Ice button again or moving the on/off

Example recipe "Frozen Smoothie with cucumber and berries"
Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries (frozen)
3 ripe kiwis
15 cm cucumber
Preparation:
▪ Put the frozen berry mix straight into the jug.
▪ Peel and quarter the kiwis, wash and peel the cucumber and chop into pieces.
Add the kiwis and cucumber to the berries in the jug and close the lid.
▪ Switch the Smoothie Blender on with the on/off button and press the Ice
button. The programme will start automatically.
▪ Pour the thick, ice cold smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

The Saucebutton can be used for preparing sauces easily. Switch on the appliance
using the On/Off button (Pos. I). Now press the Sauce button, and the blender
will start an automatic programme with different speeds.
The programme ends automatically after approx. 1 minute. You can stop the
programme at any time by pressing the Sauce button again or moving the on/off
switch to off (Pos.

Example recipe "tomato sauce"
Ingredients:
7 medium-sized tomatoes
2 shallots
8 fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. agave syrup
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Parsley
Chilli
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
▪ Wash and quarter tomatoes, peel shallots and put into the jug.
▪ Was the basil leaves and add to the jug with the agave syrup and olive oil.
