Assembly
(1) Install three black hex head bolts, knobs,
and square nuts in the guide. Tighten the
assemblies to draw the bolt heads into the
knobs and then loosen them ½-1 turn.
Calibration
(1) Position two Versa-Stops in a
45° diagonal row of holes.
(2) With the adjustable fence facing the
infeed end of the table, slide the two
base-anchoring square nuts into a
table-track T-slot until the fence contacts
both Versa-Stops.
(3) Hold the guide in place and tighten all
three knobs.
(4) Loosen the pointer screw using a
Phillips screwdriver.
(5) Align the pointer with the 45° mark on
the angle scale. Firmly hold the pointer in
position of alignment and retighten the screw.
