Positioning
the
appliance
1. Do not placeyour applianceon an unstablecart, stand, shelf or table.
Seriousinjury to an individual,and damageto the appliance,mayresult
if it shouldfall. Your salesperson can recommendapprovedcarts and
standsor shelf andwall mounting instructions.An appli-
ance and cart combinationshould be movedwith care.
Quick stops, excessiveforce, and uneven surfacesmay
cause the applianceand cart combinationto overturn.
2. Slots and openings in the cabinet and in the back or bottom are
providedfor ventilation.To ensurereliableoperationof the appliance and
to protect it from overheating,theseopeningsmust not be blockedor
covered.The openingsshould never be coveredwith a cloth or other
material,andthe bottomopeningsshouldnot be blockedby placing the
unit on a bed,sofa, rug, or other similar surface.This applianceshould
neverbe placednear or over a radiator or heat register.This appliance

wire to an antenna discharge unit, size of grounding conductors,
location of antennadischargeunit, connectionto groundingelectrodes,
and requirements for the groundingelectrode,
An outsideantennasystemshould not be locatedin the vicinity of over-
headpowerlinesor otherelectric light or powercircuits, or whereit can
fall into such powerlinesor circuits. Wheninstallingan outsideantenna
systemextremecareshouldbe takento keepfrom touchingsuch power
linesor circuits ascontactwith them might be fatal,

5. This productshouldbeoperatedonlyfrom the typeof power sourceindi-
cated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power
supply to your home, consult your product dealer or local power
company.This product is equippedwith a polarizedalternatingcurrent
line plug (a plug havingonebladewiderthan theother). This plug will fit
into the power outlet only oneway. This is a safetyfeature. If you are
unableto insert theplug fully into theoutlet, try reversingthe plug. If the
plug should still fail to fit, contact your electrician to replace your
obsoleteoutlet. Do not defeatthe safetypurpose of this polarizedplug.
Do not overloadwall outlets, extensioncords, or integral convenience
receptacles asthis can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.

11. For addedprotectionduring a lightning storm, or when the set is left
unattendedandunusedfor long periodsof time, unplug it from the wall
