6.2.4 A.M.E. PRODUCER'S DISCLAIMER
A.M.E. is not responsible for the installation of the System and any consequent modifications to the vehicle
and the installer is solely responsible for such modifications.
In case of installation of the System not in accordance with the instructions and indications provided in the
vehicle manufacturer's manual, A.M.E. will not be responsible for any damage to the vehicle or loss of
functionality of the same. In no event shall A.M.E. be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind
(including personal injury or property damage) suffered by the Buyer or any third party because of the use of
the Product.
6.2.5 ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS FOR USE: USA AND CANADA
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to
part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses,
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential
area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at
his own expense.
