2 Remove the wheels of the closure cap of the central brush and remove the closure afterwards;
3 Insert the brush into the seat pushing up the block;
4 Push the brush with your hands until the lock of the same;
5 Replace back the closure of the brush and screw wheels;
6 Lower the brush head.
13.2 Dust filter
13.2.1 Cleaning
Clean the dust filter with a vacuum cleaner or air jet, taking care not to damage the cloth. To access the filter and / or to replace
them, follow the procedure indicated.
13.2.2 Replacement
Replace the filter if at a visual inspection is damaged, or if the machine does not have an optimal operation:
1 Lift the filter compartment (MACHINE COMPONENTS table);
2 Remove the panel filter from the compartment and replace with a new ORIGINAL;
3 Bring the filter compartment in the original position.
13.3 Dust seals
The seals around the main brush are critical to the proper functioning of the machine, as they allow the suction effect. It is
important to check often the condition.
13.4 Vacuum motor
13.4.1 Cleaning
Clean the vacuum motor by a light brush or through an air jet.
WARNING
– These operations must be performed with the machine completely switched off, the ignition
key has to be in position "OFF" and in full compliance with safety regulations. Wear protective gloves and
make sure there are no objects or people in the vicinity.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out any type of maintenance action while the machine is switched on.
13.5 Motor air filter (ST gasoline version machine only)
13.5.1 Cleaning
Clean the Honda motor air filter with air jet, taking care not to damage it.
13.5.2 Replacement
Replace the filter if at a visual inspection is damaged, or if the machine does not have an optimal operation.
13.6 Air pressure of the wheels
In the case pneumatic front wheels were installed, the pressure must be checked periodically, and should not exceed 1.8 Bar.
The wheels of the operator trolley are foamed.
13.7 Machine cleaning
13.7.1 Cleaning
Remove dust and dirt that are deposited on the machine.
13.7.2 Deep cleaning
At least once a week is good to carry out a thorough cleaning of the machine, removing all the brushes and the filter, cleani ng
also the internal and hidden parts of the machine.
