How to Adjust Buttonhole Stitch Balance
Use the stitch length control (1_to adjust stitch density.
Turn the dial in direction (A_for a coarser density _).
Turn the dial in direction (B_for a tighter density '_w!.
If the sides of the buttonhole are not balanced, do
the following;
-- If the buttonhole looks like @_, move the lever
with the screw driver to the right ( + ) to make the
right side of the buttonhole less dense
(see illustration).
-- If the buttonhole looks like (5), move the lever
with the screw driver to the left ( - ) to make the
right side of the buttonhole denser.
