piping, external to the appliance, for the purpose of turning on or shutting off

Step 8. Convert to lp gas (optional)
All new dual fuel ranges are shipped from the factory set up to use natural gas.
This Dacor dual fuel ranges can be converted to use LP gas. (Contact a quali ed
service technician.)
The conversion process should only be performed by a quali ed LP gas installer.
Conversion instructions and LP ori ces will be supplied with the LP conversion
kit. The conversion to LP requires all burner ori ces to be changed (6 surface
burners and 2 oven burners).
In addition, the nozzle on the gas pressure regulator needs to be reversed. All
replaced ori ces must be left with the consumer, including the instructions and
retro t sizes and ori ce indication.
