Um durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine verursachte Verletzungen zu vermeiden, führen Sie die fol-
gende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß der Motor
vollkommen stillsteht.

hors tension et s'assurer que le moteur est au repos avant d'effectuer les opérations suivantes.

1） 送り調節ダイヤルを 0 に合わせます。
2） はずみ車を回して針棒最下点から 2.3 mm 上昇させた時、針 2 の針穴上端から釜剣先 3 までが 1.5 mm
になるように、針棒抱き止めねじ 1 をゆるめて調整し、再度締め付けます。
(LU-1510N-7,LU-1510NA-7 は、目安として針棒に刻線があります。)
3） はずみ車を回して針棒最下点から 2.3 mm 上昇させます。釜剣先 3 と針 2 の中心がほぼ一致するようにし
て、ねじ歯車 ( 小 ) の止めねじ 4 2 個を締めます。但し止めねじ 4 2 個のうち先端が V 形になっている第一
ねじは、釜軸部のＶ溝に合わせて締めます。
4） 釜剣先 3 と針 2 の中心がほぼ一致した位置で、釜剣先と針のすき間が 0.05 ∼ 0.1 mm になるように釜
軸台の止めねじ 6 をゆるめて、釜軸台を左右に動かして調整し、止めねじ 6 を締めます。
5） ねじ歯車 ( 大 ) の止めねじ 5 2 個をゆるめ、釜剣先 3 と針 2 の中心が一致するようにねじ歯車 ( 大 ) を左
右に動かして調整し止めねじ 5 を締めます。但し止めねじ 5 2 個のうち第一ねじは、下軸の平部に合わせ
て締めます。
1) Set the stitch dial to 0 [zero].
2) Turn the handwheel and loosen setscrew 1 in the needle bar connection to adjust so that a clearance of 1.5 mm is
provided between the top end of the needle eyelet of needle 2 and blade point 3 of the hook when the needle bar is
raised by 2.3 mm from the lowest position of its stroke. Then, tighten the screw again.
(For the LU-1510N-7, LU-1510NA-7, there is an engraved marker line on the needle bar as reference.)
