Adjusting the seat height and seat angle

Risk of injury - Make sure that all screws are properly tightened with
the appropriate tool.

Risk of tipping over - When the driving wheels are adjusted, the
position of the wheels are altered.
The Vermeiren Eclips X4 kids is adjustable in different seat heights and different seat angles
by changing the wheels position. At each height there is a different setting of the front and
rear wheels.
Change the seat height and seat angle according following steps:
* Front wheel:
Adjustment of the slope nuts Ⓒ from the steering wheels.

WARNING:
Risk of injury - Make sure that the eccentric screw settings are
identical on both front-wheel adapters and, before using the wheelchair.
This figure illustrates the principle. The position of the screw thread is indicated by a number.
1. Loosen the screws Ⓐ from the steering wheel
adapter Ⓑ.
2. Choose correct size for the adapter Ⓑ and fork.
3. Place the steering wheel adapter in the desired
position (2 different positions: steps from 34
mm).
4. Tighten the screws Ⓐ properly.
or
5. Loosen the screw Ⓓ from the front fork Ⓔ.
6. Choose the correct position. Do not use the
holes and . (3 different positions: steps
from 12 mm).
7. Tighten the screws Ⓓ properly.
A
Shows the frame when the seat is horizontal and the
adapter is perpendicular to the ground.
B Shows the frame when the seat is tilted slightly and the
adapter is not perpendicular.
