– Press the [
] button on the control unit to switch to the memory.
The overview is displayed. The measurement date and the memory space num-
ber are shown at the top, e.g. (03-03) means the third space = the last of a total
of 3 occupied memory spaces.

] buttons to cycle through the memory spaces.
Average values
– Press the [
] button on the control unit to switch to the average.
All average values in the stored measurements are displayed.
The dates of the first and the last measurement are shown at the top.
Kcal Calorie consumption
– Press the [
] button on the control unit to show Kcal. The theoretically
calculated basal metabolic rate BMR and the active metabolic rate AMR are
shown in Kcal.
Switching off the scale (standby mode)
– Wait until the display switches itself off or press the [ ] button on the control unit to switch the display off
manually.
The date and time remain visible.
10. Evaluating the results
Body fat percentage
Body fat values are shown in the display and their analysis is shown in the bar chart. The subsequent body fat
percentages serve as a guideline (for further information ask your doctor).
