If an error condition occurs, first turn the Power Switch
to Off, then open the machine. Inspect it for cleanliness,
a jammed strip, or foreign matter that may have become
lodged inside.
Check that the machine is clean and free of foreign
material or a jammed strip. Close the cover, and turn
the machine back On. If the error condition persists,
call your authorized Fastback® representative.
SYMTOMS
Machine doesn't work
Machine is on, but no message
appears
Can't insert strip
Book not bound, and no strip
present
Strip not aligned with end of
pages
Strip extremely askew, or only
partially bound to book
"Strip Jammed" message
appears.
"Detection Error" message
appears
"Book Too Thick" message
appears
"Carriage Error" message
appears
"T2 T3 Error" message appears
"Sensor T3 Error" message
appears
"Motor T3 Error" message
appears
NOTE: Keep Superstrips in their boxes until ready
to use. Folded or bent strips can cause problems in
the binder.

• No A.C. Power • Check power cable
• Fuse blown • Replace fuse
• Power switch off • Press 'I' on switch
• Program error •Turn power off, then
back on
• Clamp not closed • Press BIND button
• Wrong strip width • Use displayed width strip
• Strip fed with wrong • Insert strip adhesive

• Twisted or damaged • Check inside for jammed
