8 Maintenance and cleaning

DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
The following instructions must be adhered to for the entire duration of maintenance,
servicing, disassembly and repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close the gas supply.
• Close off the coolant supply.
• Disconnect the coolant supply and return hoses.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
WARNING
Risk of burns
The welding torches are heated to a very high temperature during welding.
• Allow the welding torches to cool down.
• Wear the correct protective gloves if necessary.
NOTICE
• Maintenance and cleaning work may be carried out only by qualified personnel (in
Germany see TRBS 1203).
• Always wear your personal protective equipment when performing maintenance and
cleaning work.

8.1 Replacing wear parts

NOTICE
• Order data and ID numbers for the equipment parts, wear parts and accessories can be
found in the current ABICOR BINZEL price lists for spare and wear parts.

• Use the ABICOR BINZEL switch key wrench to mount and disassemble the wear parts,
and make sure that the connections are properly assigned.
