MANUAL Mode

This function is retrieved with the key (3, Fig. 5-44)
available in the Main menu. The change in the colour
of the text at the side of the symbol shows when the
selection is active.
5.10.1 Detection in MANUAL Mode
The Gauge should be used to acquire the wheel
data only in "MANUAL MODE" MANUAL Mode.
5.10.1.1 Distance Gauge
The internal Gauge is used only to measure the
distance between machine and wheel (Ofset).

Application
:
— position the Gauge Head on the rim, in the exact
point shown (2).
— Read the distance value on the graduated scale of
the rod, at the Telescoping point (3).
— Recall the Rim Data Input function in the Menu
and proceed as shown in the 7.3.3.2 "Rim/machine
distance input" chapter.
