INSTALLATION
WARNING
Take the utmost care when unpacking,
assembling, lifting and setting up the
machine as indicated below.
Failure to observe these instructions can
damage the machine and compromise
the operator's safety.
Remove the original packaging materials
after positioning them as indicated on the
packaging and keep them intact so the
machine can be safely shipped at a later
date if necessary.
WARNING
The regulations in force concerning
safety at work must be complied with
when choosing the installation position.
In particular, the machine must only be
installed and used in protected environ-
ments where there is no risk of dripping
onto it.
IMPORTANT: for the correct and safe
operation of the machine, the lighting
level in the place of use should be at
least 300 lux.
The floor must be able to support a load
equal to the sum of the weight of the equip-
ment plus the maximum load allowed,
taking into consideration also the resting
base and any fixing means envisaged.
Environmental operating conditions must
comply with the following requirements:
- Relative humidity: 30% - 80% (no conden-
sation);
- temperature ranging from 0° to +50°C.
WARNING
For information concerning the techni-
cal features, warnings and maintenance
instructions consult the related operator
manuals provided with the documentation
of the machine.

WARNING
The machine must not be operated in
potentially explosive atmospheres.
The machine is supplied partially disas-
sembled and is to be assembled according
to the procedures described below.
Installing the wheel guard
with the corresponding
mounting (version with guard)
(Fig. 4)
- Please assemble the two pipes using the
two supplied screws;
- Fasten the guard mounting to the bracket
on the back of the wheel balancer using
the four screws supplied (A, Fig. 4);
- Connect the microswitch cable, located
inside the guard mounting, to the cable
exiting from the hole drilled in the back
of the wheel balancer body (B, Fig. 4);

fit the plastic guard on the tube (Fig. 5);
- fasten the guard to the pipe, fitting the
6 snap fasteners in the relative seats
(Fig. 5).
After installing the machine, move into
the selected location, ensuring that the
spaces surrounding the machine comply
with the minimum dimensions indicated
in Fig. 5a.
