4.4 - SAFETY DEVICES (Fig 2)
The equipment is equipped with following safety sy-
stems:
1) All dangerous areas are closed by screwed cases.
2) Each oven is equipped with a safety thermostat (1)
which cuts off the oven in case of overtemperature
veri ed inside the baking chamber;
DANGER
Disconnect electrical feeding before carrying out
this operation.
To re-activate safety thermostat remove the panel
(2) unscrewing the relevant screws.
4.5 - OPERATOR'S AREAS (Fig. 3)
During the oven's functioning, the operator is positio-
ned in inlet area to load pizza on the belt, in outlet area
to unload pizza from the belt, in central area to act on
control board (position "0").
To carry out maintenance operations, the technician is
allowed to access the back area of the oven, "T" posi-
tion.
4.6 - RESIDUAL DANGER AREAS (Fig. 3)
The residual danger areas are those areas that cannot
be protected because of the particular type of produc-
tion, as far as the machine concerns. They are the
following:
•
A areas: oven's inlet and outlet, DANGER! CAUSES
BURNS
•
B area: opening panel, DANGER! CAUSES
BURNS.
4.5 - DANGEROUS AREAS
The dangerous areas are all those areas in which pro-
tection panels are removed while the machine is run-
ning during its repairing and shall be accessed only by
the technician carrying out the maintenance.
