5.3 - SETTINGS MODIFICATION (Fig.4)
According to the user's experience, to the kind of mixtu-
re and to the kind of product to be cooked it is possible
to modify the machine's settings.
The parameters that can be set are the following:
• Cooking time, which corresponds to the belt's shif-
ting, namely to the time the pizza or the product to
be cooked remains inside the cooking chamber.
To set cooking time press button (1) and act on (2) and
(3) buttons to increase or decrease time; established
time is shown on the display (4).
• The temperature
To set the temperature press button (5) and act on (2)
and (3) buttons to increase or decrease; established
temperature is shown on the display (4).
It is also possible to increase or decrease cooking in
the lower or upper part of the oven by acting on selec-
tion switches (6) or (7), for example by setting ceiling
selection switch on Min and bedplate one on Max.
Carry out some cooking tests to  nd the correct para-
meters.
5.4 - ADJUSTMENT OF THE OVEN'S OPENING
HEIGHT (Fig.5)
The adjustment shall be carried out as the machine
has been turned off and as it is cold.
Danger: causes burns!
To increase the oven's performance, it is possible to
adjust inlet and outlet opening's height; we suggest to
adjust the sheet (1) at 1-2 cm above the product inser-
ted into the oven.
To carry out the adjustment, loosen the knobs (2); as
the adjustment has been completed, screw the knobs
(2).
