training program. Do the warm-up and cool-down
exercises as normal but when you are reaching
the end of the exercise phase, increase the
exertion level in order to make your legs work
harder. You should reduce speed in order to keep
your heart rate within the target area

made. The more intense and the longer the
session, the greater the number of calories
burned. Even though you are dong the same
work as you do to improve fi tness, the objective
has changed.

2. FITTING THE MAIN POST
Mod. G-245.-
Take the main post (31) and remove the screws
(13) the corrugated washers (14) and spring
washers (16) from the bottom of the post. Fig.3.
Next, bring the main post (31) up to boss (D) on
the main body (5), Figure 3.
Set the tensioning control (17) mounted on the
main post (31) to minimum by turning it
anticlockwise. Take the tip of the tension cable
(111), sticking out of the bottom of the main post
(31), and connect it to the tension support (107),
as shown in steps 1 to 4 of figure 3A.
Connect terminals 105 with 109, Fig. 3B, and
terminals 106 with 110, Fig. 3B.
Slip the main post (31) over the boss (D) on the
main body (5) in the direction of the arrow, figure
3, making sure not to snag any of the cables.
Before fitting the holding screws, first make sure
that the tension control (17) turns correctly
clockwise and anticlockwise. Now refit the screws
(13), washers (14) and spring washers (16) that
you removed previously, Fig. 3, and tighten
securely.
IMPORTANT: It is advisable to retighten these
screws after one month of using the machine.

Take the main post (31) and remove the screws

Next, bring the main post (31) up to boss (D) on
the main body (5), Fig. 3, connect the terminals
(103) and (15), Fig. 3C.
Slip the main post (31) over the boss (D) on the
main body (5) in the direction of the arrow, figure
3, making sure not to snag any of the cables.
