1. The minimum operating distances around the griddle that must be kept free of combustible materials (including
the walls of buildings or building features) are: 91cm (36") from the sides and 91cm (36") from the back.
2. DO NOT use this griddle in an area with combustible surfaces overhead.

1. Do not use this griddle in any enclosed area, such
as a garage, shed, or under any overhead structure
or canopy.
2. Operate this griddle only in a well-ventilated area.
3. DO NOT face the griddle directly into the wind.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Always inspect your griddle before lighting.
Replace any hose that is frayed or cracked.
Look for anything that could block ventilation and remove it or move the griddle.
After lighting, check the flame pattern to ensure you have even heat distribution from each burner. If the burners won't
light, or if the flame pattern (see p. 9) is uneven, see the Troubleshooting Guide on p. 12.
WARNING
1. Read all lighting instructions before lighting.
2. If ignition does not occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner control knob(s) to the OFF position, wait 5 minutes, and
repeat the lighting procedures.
