5.1.2 Implementation of steam sterilization
The sterilization time is related to the components characteristics. If there are obvious
signs of corrosion or damage on the rotor or separation container, please stop to use
them immediately.

5.1.3 Maintenance
5.1.3.1 Don't collide the rotor with sharp objects. Prevent bumping while moving and
disassembling. Prevent scratches caused by cracks of the rotor during use.
5.1.3.2 Check the rotor components regularly (especially the test-tube bottom). Check
whether there are corrosion spots, grooves or small cracks. Please stop to use the rotor
and contact Nahita if you find any of the above situations.
5.1.3.3 Usually, rotor should be cleaned once a week. Please clean immediately after
using to separate salts or corrosive samples. If the sample spills out or drip in the rotor,
please blot it and do partial cleaning.

Don't use organic solvents because they can ruin
lubricants in the motor bearing. During cleaning, don't
expose the motor bearing and inside ball to liquids,
especially organic solvents.
