FISH
Seafood cooks relatively fast. Because of this, it is usually best to use the quick release steam method right when
the cooking program is complete. Since the Fish preset utilizes steam, use the metal rack that comes with the
Magic Chef Multicooker. You can place the fish right on the rack or in an ovenproof or steel bowl on the rack.

STEAM
The steam function works well for steaming vegetables and fruits because it keeps the nutrients in the food and
creates the best texture. If you are cooking food that is frozen, cook for 1-2 minutes longer. Use the metal rack
when steaming vegetables or fruits. You can also place an ovenproof or steel bowl on the rack. If you are cooking
dried fruit, allow 1-2 more minutes of cooking time.
