If steam is leaking from the lid, see problem 3, 4, 5, and 6. If
steam is not leaking from the lid and you are cooking frozen
food, run the current program again.
Cancel the current program and see if the food at the bottom
of the pot is burned.
Examine the power cord to make sure the cord isn't damaged.
Check the outlet to make sure it is active.
Contact customer service.
Add more water according to the proper rice to water ratio.
Once cooking is finished leave the lid on for 5 minutes.
Adjust rice to water ratio according to rice directions.
Starch or other food has accumulated at the bottom of the
inner pot and have clogged heat from dispersing.
This is normal.
Make sure the inner pot is dry before cooking.
