Do not operate the battery charger on an easily flammable base or in a flammable environ-
ment.

Do not charge batteries that are not permitted for this battery charger.
3.
Use the battery charger only in dry rooms. The penetration of humidity into the battery char-
ger increases the risk of electric shock.
4.
Do not load the battery at ambient temperatures of below 5°C or above 40°C.

Do not use or disassemble the battery charger if it has been damaged (e.g. after falling) or if
the power supply cable or plug is damaged.
6.
Do not dismantle either the battery or the battery charger.
7.
Protect the battery charger from metal objects, as there is a risk of short-circuit. The ventilati-
on slots on the battery charger must also be protected from metal and/or metal filings.
