The ROCATEC-SYSTEM

5.1 In general

The ROCATEC-SYSTEM bonds free of marginal
gaps the composite to
precious dental alloys,
semi-precious dental alloys,
non-precious dental alloys,
ceramics and
composites
The composition of the alloy is of little rele-
vance when using this bonding system. The
ROCATEC-SYSTEM is intended specifically for
use with SINFONY facing materials.
The following Range of Applications is
recommended:
Crown and Bridgework
When the ROCATEC-SYSTEM is used, SINFONY
facing material bonds to metal without creating
marginal gaps. Modellation requires little time
as no mechanical retainers have to be added.
As no retainers are required, the available space
can be used entirely for the facing – this bene-
fits the shade and aesthetics of the crowns and
bridges.
Telescopic and Attachment Restorations
In these cases, the dental technician often has
to reckon with considerable space problems. In
addition, the patient removes the restoration
daily, which stresses the restoration internally
and promotes marginal gaps.
