Rounding off temporarily
Perform the following procedure to display the
unbalance values from grx5 to grx1 (from oz/4 to
oz/10) temporarily:
- keep the
button pressed in all bal-
ancing environments except for ALUP.
Warning:
if the unbalance visualisation is in grX1, the
button is not active.
WHEEL SPIN COUNTER
Perform the following procedure to display the
number of wheel spins performed:
- Press the
button to access the pro-
gramme menu.
- Use the
cursor.
- Select the
programme icon.
- Press the
button to display the total
number of wheel spins performed by the machine
since its first start-up.
- Press the
button to display the partial
number of wheel spins performed since the last
machine switch-on (it is reset to zero every
time the machine is switched off).
- Press the
button to display the num-
ber of wheel spins performed since the last

buttons to move the
sensitivity calibration (it is reset to zero every
time a calibration procedure is performed).
- Press the
button to exit.
WHEEL SPIN
Wheel spins take place automatically by lower-
ing the guard or pressing the
with the guard lowered.
A special safety device stops rotation if the guard
is raised during the spin; in this case, the "A Cr"
message is displayed.
During position search, the wheel can rotate with
the guard raised.
WARNING
Do not operate the machine without the guard
and/or if the safety device has been tampered
with.
WARNING
Never raise the guard before the wheel has
come to a stop.
WARNING
If the wheel keeps spinning permanently due to
a fault on the machine, switch off the machine
using the main switch or disconnect the plug
from the power supply board (emergency stop)
and wait until the wheel stops before raising
the guard.
