- At the end of the first spin the instruction that
the tyre is to be mounted on the rim in the
reverse direction may appear. If the user does
not wish to reverse the direction or this is not
possible, press the
will provide the instructions to complete the
programme without reversal.
- If a different working environment is recalled
between one OPT programme phase and the
next, when the working environment within
which the user was working with the OPT func-
tion is recalled, execution restarts from the
point where it was interrupted.
WORKING ENVIRONMENTS
This wheel balancer allows three operators to
work at the same time thanks to three different
working environments.
Proceed as follows to recall a working environ-
ment:
- Press the
button to access the pro-
gramme menu;
- Use the
cursor;
- Select the
programme;
- Press the
button to select a new op-
erator. The number of the operator required
is displayed in the LDC display status
line;
- Press the
button to confirm selection
and exit the programme menu. The machine
then activates the parameters previously saved
in that specific working environment.
The parameters which remain saved for every
working environment are:
- balancing mode; dynamic, alu x, motorcycle,
etc.;
- wheel dimensions; distance, diameter and
width or those relating to the active alu pro-
gramme;
- last step of the optimisation procedure (OPT).

AUTOMATIC POSITION
SEARCH (RPA)
When the automatic position search programme
is activated, the machine stops the wheel in the
position for application of the inner side weight
at the end of every balancing spin; if it is equal
to zero, the wheel is stopped in the position for
application on the outer side.

Proceed as follows to deactivate the automatic
position search programme:
- Press the
button to access the pro-
gramme menu;
- Use the
cursor;
- Select the
programme;
- Press the
button to change the pro-
gramme status;
- The position search is eliminated and the
icon is shown in the LCD display status line;
- Pressing the
allows the user to set one visualisation mode
or the other;
