1. Product liability and warranty
1.1 General
We are pleased that you have decided for a product from our company. This product carries the CE mark. It therefore fulfils the basic requirements specified
by the Medical Device Directive 94/42/EEC of the EU.
1.2. Warranty
Our general terms of delivery and payment apply in the respective applicable version. Deviating agreements do not limit the rights of the purchaser. An
extended warranty requires contractual form and excludes vandalism on components and consumables. Improper interventions or modifications by third
parties during the limitation period shall void any warranty claims. AS Medizintechnik GmbH does not assume any liability for unauthorised actions carried
out at the product.
