Lightly oil the grill plate and the small pans before first use, ideally with

Put the coated grill plate in position with the desired side facing upwards.

Check whether all parts are properly assembled and the appliance is stable.

Make sure that the temperature switch is set to the lowest setting ("MIN"

Plug the mains plug of the appliance into an electrical outlet (220-240 V~
50 Hz).

10. Heat up the appliance for approx. 30 minutes in order to remove any
residues from the manufacturing process. Open the window during this

traces of use; however, these do not affect the function of the appliance and

1. You can use the appliance with or without the
exhaust hood. It is equipped with a washable
filter and extracts any vapours.
2. If not used the exhaust hood can be collapsed
and set aside. Three speed settings are
available (setting 1: 1,800 rpm, setting 2:
2,500 rpm, setting 3: 2,850 rpm).

3. Check to ensure that the filter is correctly
inserted in the exhaust hood. The filter flap
must be closed.
4. Fold out the silicone covers to the left and right
of the grill plate. Important note: If you wish
to use the appliance without the exhaust hood,
the silicone covers must be closed to keep out
grease, etc.
5. Fold out the supports for the exhaust hood and
place the exhaust hood in the holders to the
left and right of the grill plate.
6. Make sure that the supports are correctly
seated in the holders. The exhaust hood can
be operated only if it is correctly assembled.
7. Switch on the exhaust hood with the ON/OFF
button and select the desired speed setting.
