Hints for reheating cup and bowl.
1. Stir the liquid before heating (Heated liquids can erupt if not mixed with air).
2. Do not cover hot drinks such as tea or coffee. Cover soup with a saucer to avoid any risk of eruption.
3. After heating, stir again and allow to stand for a short time.

Instructions
For reheating a cup of hot drink (e.g. tea, coffee, milk and soup).
Select reheat cup, enter weight (150ml), press Start Pad.
For reheating a bowl of hot drink.
Select reheat bowl, enter weight (300ml), press Start Pad.
For reheating plated meal, or casserole.
All foods should be at room or refrigerated temperatures. Stir at beep.
Allow a few minutes standing time.
For reheating frozen plated meal, or casserole.
All food must be pre-cooked and frozen.
Stir at beep. At the completion of cooking, stir the foods and allow 2 to
3 minutes standing time.
For cooking fresh vegetables. Place the prepared
vegetables in a suitable sized container. Sprinkle with
6 tbsp (90ml) of water. Cover them lightly with pierced cling film or a
lid. Large quantities will require stirring at beep.
For cooking frozen vegetables.
Place them in a suitable sized container, add 2 tbsp (30ml) water.
Cover them lightly with pierced cling film or a lid.
