7.13 Exchanging the primary fuse
The primary fuses are in a fuse box under the mains connection.
•
Isolate the lifting column from the mains.
•
Press the retaining clip 2 together and pull the
container 1 out of the lifting column.
•
Replace the defective fuses 3 with new fuses of the
same type (the value of the fuses can be obtained on
the device sticker).
•
Push the container back into the lifting column until
it engages securely.
Using unsuitable fuses or repairing fuses can cause a fire, lead to injuries and accidents,
and damage the lifting column.
•
Always isolate the lifting column from the mains before you change a
fuse.
•
Never repair a fuse.
•
Always replace a fuse with a new fuse of the same rating and the same
size.
•
Never replace a fuse with a metal strip, a paper clip or anything similar -
not even for a short time!
Do not continue to operate the lifting column if the fault cannot be rectified by ex-
changing the primary fuse. Contact Rose+Krieger!
7.14 Disposal and returns
The lifting column must either be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner according to
the applicable policies and regulations, or returned to the manufacturer.
The lifting column contains electronic components, leads, metals, plastics, etc., and must be dis-
posed of in accordance with the applicable environmental regulations for the country in question.
In Germany, disposal is governed by the Elektro-G (WEEE) [Electrical Code] and in the European
