Display Buttons
Start/ Stop
- Press "Start/ Stop" button to start the selected workout when
treadmill is in stop mode.
After 3 seconds countdown the workout will start at 1.0 km/h.
- Press "Start/ Stop" button to stop the treadmill gradually when
being in workout mode.
Mode
- Cycle between target setting parameters in programming mode.
Select between: target time, target distance or target calories.
Up
- Increases the speed (1.0 ~ 12.0 km/h).
- Pressing once increases the speed 0.1 km/h.
- Pressing and holding for two seconds will increase the speed faster.
- Change values in target programming mode.
Down
- Decreases the speed (1.0 ~ 12.0 km/h).
- Pressing once decreases the speed 0.1 km/h.
- Pressing and holding for two seconds will decrease the speed
faster.
- Change values in target programming mode.
Remote control Buttons
Stop
- Press "Stop" button to stop the treadmill gradually when being in
workout mode.
Start
- Press "Start" button to start the selected workout when treadmill is
in stop mode.

- Increase value when being in target programming mode.
- (min.)
- Decrease value when being in target programming mode.
Speed +
- Increase value when being in target programming mode.
- Increase workout speed when being in workout mode.
Speed -
- Decrease value when being in target programming mode.
- Decrease workout speed when being in workout mode.
M (Mode)
Press M button in programming mode:
1 time : Open Time Target Mode.
2 times : Open Distance Target Mode ( D & 1.0 blinks in display )
3 times: Open Calorie Target Mode
P (Program )
Press P button in programming mode:
1 time : Select P1 program ( P1 & 10 shown in display )
2 times : Select P2 Program ( P2 & 20 shown in display )
3 times: Select P3 program ( P3 & 30 shown in display )

The Remote control can only function properly if the space in
between the remote control sender and receiver in the main
frame display is not blocked by any object.

The remote control needs to be equipped with 2 AAA type
batteries to make it function.

Replace the batteries when your remote control is not
responsive.

Explanation of display items (Fig. E-1)
Speed
- Shows the actual treadmill speed in workout mode.
- Display range : 1.0 ~ 12.0 ± 0.1 km/h
Distance
- Shows the ran distance workout mode.
- Setting range : 0.0 ~ 99.9 km.
- Display range : 0.0 ~ 99.9 km.
Time
- Shows the ran time in workout mode.
- Setting range : 5 ~ 99 minutes
- Display range : 0 ~ 59 sec. / 1 ~ 99 minutes
Calories
- Shows the consumed K .calories in workout mode.
- Setting range : 10 ~ 300 K.Cal.
- Display range : 0 ~ 999 K.Cal.
P1, P2, P3, D,
- P1, P2, P3 : Indicates the selected program.
- D : Indicates the Target mode is selected for Distance.
D is shown when Distance parameter is shown in workout mode.

: Indicates the treadmill is in Stop mode.

Pre-set Programs (P1~P3)
The equipment has 3 pre-set programs with different profiles.

- Press "P" buttons to select "P1~P3"
P1 Program.
Program P1 is a fixed speed interval profile program with a fixed
duration of 10 minutes.
P2 Program.
Program P2 is a fixed speed interval profile program with a fixed
duration of 20 minutes.
P3 Program.
Program P3 is a fixed speed interval profile program with a fixed
duration of 30 minutes.
