Requirements to the air supply
Pay attention that the operating pressure of 4 bar is not exceeded.
For maximum volume flow, the values given in the table "Technical Specification" have to be met.
The supplied compressed air has to be free of:
. Oil,
. impurities.
Pay attention that all connecting lines:
. Have a cross section being large enough,
. do not have any restrictions or kniks,
. are designed for a minimum operating pressure of 4 bar,
. are replaced regularly at preventative maintenance,
. have an inner and outer abrasion-resistant surface,
. are proved and specified to be non-conductive when being used next to electric conductors,
. meet the local safety requirements.
Safety instructions for the mounting
Consider the safety instructions and protective measures, as well as effective legal regulations.
The pneumatic axial fan supplied by the manufacturer must not be modified in any way.
Mounting
Consider the following:
. The pneumatic axial fan must not be deformed during installation,
. no forces or vibrations are transferred from other construction parts to the fan,
. the fan must be earthed in accordance with the regulations,
. the impeller is turning idly and does not touch the intake cone, the protective grill or the housing!

Risk of injury from rotating impeller when connected to compressed air!
. Take measures to prevent the pneumatic axial fan from being switched on
. Clear the pneumatic axial fan of all foreign particles (tools, small parts, waste,
. Turn the impeller shortly by hand. Impeller must run freely.
. Connect again to compressed air supply.
. Switch on the pneumatic axial fan and check the air flow direction in
. Check that the pneumatic axial fan runs smoothly. Ensure that there are no
