3.2 Sistema MC para aplicaciones en ambiente:
conexiones hidráulicas
Situe el armario del sistema MCR en un lugar accesible
para facilitar a los operadores la lectura de los datos o
realizar el mantenimiento sin ninguna dificultad.
La tubería de descarga del sistema debe estar conectada
directamente al drenaje de agua, cuya altura debe ser por
lo menos de 50 mm POR DEBAJO del nivel de las
boquillas.
Utilice sólo aire seco, sin aceite. Se aconseja utilizar
un filtro de 5 micrones para la línea de aire y un filtro
de 10 micrones para la línea de agua (hay filtros
disponibles bajo pedido).
En la tabla siguiente se muestran los diámetros de las
tuberías de aire/agua de alimentación:

NOTA: Si la línea de aire supera los 5 metros de longitud,
ajuste las dimensiones de la tubería de modo que la pér-
dida de carga no sea superior a 0,2 bares.
Coloque las boquillas atomizadoras respetando los datos
de proyecto indicados en el párrafo 3.1 y móntelas como
se indica en el párrafo 1.4
3.2 MC system for room applications: hydraulic
connections
Place the cabinet of the MCR system in a well accessible
place allowing the Operators to easily read data or carry
out maintenance.
The discharge piping of the system should be directly con-
nected to the water drainage whose height should be at
least 50mm BELOW the level of the nozzles.
Use dry air without oil only. We recommend using a
5-micron filter for the air line and a 10-micron filter for
the water line (filters are available upon request).
The table below shows the diameters of the supply
air/water pipes.

IMPORTANT: should the air line be longer than 5 meters,
adjust the piping dimensions so that loss of pressure is
not above 0.2 bar.
Position the atomizing nozzles observing the project data
indicated in 3.1 and mount them as indicated in 1.4.
