compuesto por una línea de aire y otra de agua; la línea de
agua está por debajo de la línea de aire. Coloque una válvula
de bola al final de cada línea.
Conecte directamente la tubería de descarga del armario
al drenaje de agua. La línea se vaciará completamente
cada vez que se apague el sistema o con cada ciclo de
limpieza. Para evitar cualquier efecto de goteo, no situe
los tubos de descarga por encima de las boquillas. Si el
colector está debajo del armario, coloque una electrovál-
vula Normalmente Abierta en el colector suministrado con
las boquillas. alimente la electroválvula del colector (24
Vca) por una conexión paralela a la electroválvula N.A.
del armario (A.W.: cód. 1309881AXX; N.W.: cód.
1309870AXX). El colector debería estar hecho en tubo de
cobre o de plástico (PVC). NO UTILICE TUBOS
GALVANIZADOS, ya que podrían soltar impurezas que
obstruirían o estropearían las boquillas. Si utiliza agua
desmineralizada (agresiva), use sólo tubos de plástico. En
este caso recomendamos utilizar Teflón o Teflón líquido.
Como alternativa, puede utilizar tubos de polipropileno
con el fin de unirlos de forma más fácil y rápida con el
equipo de soldadura especial.
Use solo aire seco sin aceite. Recomendamos utilizar
un filtro de 5 micrones para la línea de aire y un filtro
de 10 micrones para la línea de agua (los filtros están

los diámetros de las tuberías de aire/agua
NOTA: Si la línea de aire es particularmente larga, le
recomendamos aumentar los diámetros de los tubos: los
armarios de hasta 60l/h requerirán tubos con un diámetro
de 1/2" y las cabinas de hasta 230l/h requerirán tubos
con un diámetro de 3/4".
Los armarios que controlen instalaciones exteriores, así
como los colectores y tubos de alimentación deberán
situarse en un área protegida. Estos componentes, de
hecho, no deben alcanzar temperaturas inferiores a 0 °C.
Para evitar cualquier problema, le recomendamos tirar los
tubos de alimentación desde el armario al colector, dentro
del conducto de aire de retorno.

water line is lower than the air line. Place a ball valve at
the end of each line.
Connect the discharge piping of the cabinet directly to the
water drainage. The water line will be completely emptied
any time the system is turned off or at any cleaning cycle.
To avoid any dripping effect, do not place the discharge
pipes higher than the nozzles. If the manifold is below the
cabinet, place a Normally Open electrovalve on the
manifold provided with the nozzles. Power the Normally
Open electrovalve of the manifold (24 Vac) by a parallel
connection to the N.O. electrovalve of the cabinet (A.W.:
code 1309885AXX; N.W. : code 1309870AXX).
The manifold should be made of copper or plastic (PVC)
piping. DO NOT USE GALVANIZED PIPES because they
might release impurities that might clog or damage the
nozzles. If you are using demineralized (aggressive)
water, use plastic piping only. In this case we recommend
using Teflon or liquid Teflon. Alternatively, use polypropyle-
ne pipes so as to make it fast and easier to fit them with
the dedicated soldering equipment.
Use dried air without oil only. We recommend using a
5-micron filter for the air line and a 10-micron filter for
the water line (filters are available upon request).

The table below shows the diameters of the supply
air/water pipes.
NOTE: should the air line be particularly long, we recom-
mend to increase the diameters of the pipes: cabinets up
to 60l/h will require 1/2" dia. pipes, cabinets up to 230l/h
will require 3/4" dia. pipes.
Cabinets controlling outdoor installations must be placed
in a protected area as well as manifolds and supply pipes.
These components, in fact, must not undergo temperatu-
res below 0°C. To avoid any problem, we recommend
keeping the supply pipes running from the cabinet to the
manifold inside the return air duct.
